This course is designed for experienced technical users and developers, providing the skills required to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations in Microsoft Dynamics 365 V9.
Attendees of this course will gain an in-depth understanding of how to set up a reporting environment to author custom reports in Dynamics 365, install SQL Server Data Tools into Visual Studio, customize the out of the box reports, build custom reports from scratch using SSDT and Visual Studio, connect to SQL and FetchXML datasources, build stunning Dashboards using PowerBI that connect to Dynamics 365 Data, embed PowerBI Dashboards inside Dynamics and reporting considerations for the Unified Client Interface of Dynamics 365 V9.
The course applies to both Business and Enterprise Editions of Dynamics 365 as well as Online and On-premise deployments.
